The Event of the Year at Arena Castelão
Mark it on your calendar right now. The meeting is set for April 18, 2026, a Saturday. This time, however, the stage will be the magnificent Arena Castelão.
This changes everything. In 2014, the show was incredible, but it was at the Centro de Eventos. Now, we are talking about a World Cup stadium. In other words, the energy will be monumental. Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan promise to shake the structures of the capital of Ceará.
Besides that, the band brings news. They don’t just live in the past. Recently, they released two new singles, “Nothin’“ and “Atlas“. Consequently, the setlist will be a perfect mix of nostalgia and freshness. You will sing the classics, but you will also hear the powerful new sound of this legendary lineup.
Tickets: How Much Does It Cost to Realize This Dream?

Premium Floor: From R$ 595.00 (half/social) up to R$ 1,190.00. This is for those who want to see Slash sweat.
Common Floor: The most democratic option. Expect values between R$ 325.00 and R$ 650.00.

Upper Stands: The most economical option, hovering around R$ 295.00.

A Love Story with Brazil
Did you know that Guns N’ Roses loves Brazil? In fact, this will be the 10th time the band steps on Brazilian soil.
This relationship started back in 1991, at Rock in Rio II. Since then, they have returned in various phases. However, the 2014 visit to Fortaleza was special. It was their first time in Ceará. Now, 12 years later, they return to consecrate this friendship with the northeastern audience.
Axl Rose: The “Cangaceiro” of Rock (Fun Fact!)
Here is a story that every fan from Ceará tells with pride. In 2014, during the show in Fortaleza, Axl Rose did something unusual.
During the song “Civil War,” he stopped. Then, he swapped his famous cowboy hat for an authentic leather cangaceiro hat (chapéu de couro de cangaceiro the hat of historic northeastern outlaws/heroes). The crowd went absolutely wild!
At that moment, he wasn’t just an American star. He revered the culture of the Northeast, the strength of Lampião, and the resilience of our people. It was a simple gesture, but unforgettable. For this reason, we ask ourselves: what will the tribute be in 2026? Perhaps a jersey from the Ceará or Fortaleza soccer teams? You have to be there to know.
Setlist: What to Expect?
Based on recent shows from the world tour, we prepared a hot guess. Prepare your throat, because it will be almost three hours of rock.
Probably, the show will start with the punk energy of “It’s So Easy.” Shortly after, we will have:
The Classics: “Welcome to the Jungle,” “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “November Rain.”
The Epics: “Estranged” and “Civil War” (the hat moment!).
The New Ones: “Nothin’,” “Atlas,” and maybe “The General.”
The Grand Finale: “Paradise City,” with a shower of confetti and whistles.

Now, let’s talk about logistics. Many people make the mistake of staying right next to the stadium. Do not do that.
The Arena Castelão region is far from everything. There is no beach, there are no cool bars for the after-show, and it is isolated.
On the other hand, Refúgio Hostel Fortaleza and Refúgio Pousada Fortaleza are in the Center. We are just 10 km from Arena Castelão. It might seem far, but it is the smart choice.

How to Get to the Show: The Golden Tip (Bus 666)
To get to the show leaving from Refúgio, you have options.
Uber/99: It is comfortable. However, on the way back, prepare for dynamic pricing (surge prices). The tip is to walk a little away from the stadium before ordering.
The Rock Bus: There is a bus line that leaves from the Center and goes to Castelão. The number? Believe it or not: 666 (Line Jardim Castelão / Centro). Yes, the number of the beast! It seems destiny wants you to go by bus. It is a cheap option and, certainly, will be full of fans.
Probably the city hall will put other buses available, but today (Dec 09, 2025), we don’t know the details yet.
Prepare for the Rock!
Fortaleza will stop on April 18, 2026. The city will be full. Hotels will sell out.
Therefore, do not leave it to the last minute. Secure your ticket, coordinate with friends, and, above all, book your bed at the Refúgios.
