Conditions:
Our prices are per person (except for Suites & Apartments) and include bedding, high-speed internet, and more. All room reservations come with a set of bed linen. Private room bookings (Suites & Apartments) also include towels, while towels can be rented at the reception for dormitory guests.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
We offer rates with or without breakfast, depending on your preference.O horário do café da manhã é de 7:00 horas – 9:00 horas.

Payment Details:
For local guests, we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking. If it’s just a single night, we require the full amount as a booking guarantee.
We accept major credit cards, Pix, bank transfers, and cash. The total amount is due on the day of arrival. Sorry, we don’t accept checks!
Cancelling Policy:
To get a full refund of your deposit, you need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival, we won’t be able to refund any part of your deposit.
Partial cancelling during the stay:
If you decide to cancel part of your reservation after you’ve already checked in, we won’t refund any of the amount you’ve already paid. Any outstanding balance will need to be settled before you check out.

Our prices can vary depending on the season and special events, like Fortal, Christmas/New Year's Eve, and Carnival.
